Instead of getting a massive burger and chips and a milkshake for example, try getting a burger and chips but water instead, or save half the burger for someone at home or a friend, or for the next day. Since coffee is what I start my morning with, I decided not to go with the drink. I have been making a honey and cinnamon sandwich every day. I am using honey that I got from a local farmer, it has not been heated, and is a white colour, not the golden colour. The bread I try to use is white, but without to many chemicals and preservatives. I did not notice at first, but the people I work with started to say how much better I was looking with the weight loss. Then I realised I was no longer using the same hole on my belt, but two hole smaller and my pants seemed to be getting more baggy. It seem to be lossing on my belly and my face is not as fat looking.
